What I liked best about my stay at Sanoviv was Dr. Ortega and the entire staff – the very best service, caring, and knowledge to treat cancer with significant results. My experience was wonderful. The entire experience from the treatments to the fresh-cooked food, cleanliness, and absolutely amazing staff across the board. Not to mention the amenities and beautiful oceanfront views and peace for being able to focus and heal. The entire process, care, facility, and results exceeded expectations. Sanoviv provides exceptional medical care with the utmost professional, caring regard for me as an individual. It’s a breath of fresh air to go there and I did not see a single flaw in any aspect of the institute. Before I arrived, I was at the end of the rope. The Lyme disease had reached the point where I did not want to live anymore. Severe back pain and heart palpatations. It was making it hard to live day-to-day life. Now, the heart palpitations have stopped and throbbing sensations are no longer present. What I liked best about Sanoviv was the procedures and treatments that are not available in the U.S.A., the prospect of curing Lyme disease, and exceptional medical care. Everyone greeted us with a nice greeting, even on the elevator. Everyone cared about us, genuinely. And I liked the personalized treatment. I have never stayed anywhere comparable to Sanoviv.

The medical care I received was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and staff were so genuine and amazing. I had stage 4 cancer when I entered Sanoviv. I did not want to do radiation and chemo, but with Dr. Ortega’s and Dr. Rodriguez’s expert guidance, I realized it was what I needed. All the treatments helped me to shrink the tumors, and with the other therapies, I have gotten my life back. My reason for coming to Sanoviv was Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer, metastasized to lungs and brain tumor. The oncologists at home took away all my hope for life. I was using a walker for balance and to help me walk. My right side, especially my right leg, was affected, and I would trip. My muscles were getting weaker. My mind was fuzzy, and I felt like I was losing my social skills in relating to people. The tumors have shrunk. My mind is so much clearer; I can walk around the house without the walker, and I am getting stronger. I have never stayed at a healthcare facility as beautiful, nurturing, and caring as Sanoviv. I was so blessed to be able to go to Sanoviv.
