Admissions

This department is in charge of making the first contact with a potential guest or with people interested in having information related to our treatment plans and program options.

The Admissions department provides all necessary information and guides patients towards booking a reservation.

Drivers

It is likely that your driver will be the first person you meet from Sanoviv. First impressions are very important. Our drivers are experienced, responsible and friendly people who will greet you warmly and help you start feeling at home while you are in our care. In all the years that Sanoviv has been open, our drivers have never received any type of traffic violation or ticket.

They are responsible for picking you up at the Airport, or prearranged location, and bringing you safely to Sanoviv. They are also in charge of taking you back once you have finished your program at Sanoviv and you are ready to start a new life of health and balance.

Our drivers' goal is to provide safe and comfortable transport and serve you with kindness, respect and compassion.


Kitchen

The healing kitchen and its staff have an important role in the creation of health at Sanoviv Medical Institute. The chefs are trained in traditional and holistic culinary arts by schools in both the US and Mexico, making the team unique in its class. Not only does the kitchen staff prepare a wide variety of healing meals, using high-quality, organic food, but they do so with a tremendous amount of love and good intention.

Guests can also enjoy food preparation classes and receive guidance by the chefs in our special training kitchen. This hands-on practice helps guests to learn how to create healthy meals using a variety of techniques as well as how to select the appropriate kitchen appliances. Our chefs provide important education and show guests how to enjoy the blessings of a healing diet.


Coordinators

The Coordination Department is a part of Guest Services at Sanoviv Medical Institute. Each guest is assigned to a specific Coordinator to assist them during their entire stay at Sanoviv. Their main objective is to be the liaison between the guest and all other Sanoviv services. As the name implies, they are here to coordinate the guests' stay and make sure that they have the best experience while at Sanoviv.

Coordinators are caring, proactive, high energy individuals who are here for general support to the guest. They have many roles and wear many hats, all with the purpose of serving the guest in any way they can.


Special Care and Nursing Staff

Special Care and Nursing Staff The Special Care Department and the nursing staff are a fundamental aspect of Sanoviv Medical Institute. This is the department that implements treatment for each patient in a professional and caring way, based on the indications of the doctor regarding diagnosis and treatment.

All the nursing staff at Sanoviv Medical Institute are highly trained and qualified with the most innovative techniques to support the guests with the utmost warmth and quality in service, always respecting the dignity, personal values and beliefs of each and every one of our patients.
