Elaine Pace
Elaine M. Pace – President, Sanoviv Medical Institute
Elaine Pace is the president of Sanoviv Medical Institute. Elaine plays a vital role at Sanoviv, spearheading the vision of holistic health and creating strategic alliances for the continued growth and success of the organization.
She was won over by Dr. Wentz' vision by first being a guest of Sanoviv and seeing the amazing work that is offered within this medical model. "After visiting Sanoviv twice as a guest, I was thrilled when Dr. Wentz offered me the opportunity to work with this talented and caring staff." Her own sense of purpose is completely in tune with Sanoviv's goal "My passion has always been to improve the quality of life for others in this world we share. "
Elaine earned a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University, with a double concentration in negotiation and management. Her previous work experience includes serving as CEO for two nonprofit organizations and as a political consultant in Florida.
Reflecting on why she loves Sanoviv, Elaine states "I believe that people need a refuge from environmental stressors and the opportunity to discover the root causes of their health challenges. I breathe in a deep sense of peace each time I come through the gates at Sanoviv."
Being accustomed to working where she could lead the highest quality of service and care, Elaine felt right at home at Sanoviv, "Working with our intellectually curious group of treating professionals and Dr. Wentz means Sanoviv will always be at the forefront of health excellence, and that is important to me."
Her family includes husband, John Pace, civil rights lawyer and former nurse, and Molly Pace, future college student considering a career in medicine.
As president of Sanoviv and as a past guest, Elaine grasps the full spectrum of this healing place and is eager to share it with you, "I am grateful for the positive impact Sanoviv has had on my health every day and I invite you to experience the highest level of integrative care available in the world."
Tris Conley
Tristram C. Conley, Operations Director
Having grown up in a small Minnesota town, Tris has always had a love for life, people and the outdoors. This combination has served him well in his position as Operations Director for Sanoviv Medical Institute, which requires a variety of special skills in dealing with different cultures, personalities, and individual needs to ensure that the Sanoviv experience offers the best and most positive outcomes for every guest.
After attending college at Florida Tech University in Orlando, he moved to Colorado where he spent several years pursuing dual careers, one in the construction industry and the other as a musician and actor in local and national performing arts companies, traveling extensively throughout the United States. During the late 1980s and 1990s, Tris successfully helped build a family business in the import/export wholesale gift industry in increasing positions of responsibility, culminating as president and chief executive officer of the company. He credits the growth of the company to its total focus on customer service and creating a close personal relationship and enduring bond between customers, sales representative and the home office.
Tris's introduction to Sanoviv was as a patient for a three-week medical program and it was during this stay, nearly a decade ago, that he became a devoted disciple of the "total person." integrative, proactive approach to health care unique to Sanoviv. The physical and emotional benefits he gained as a patient set the stage for a new, exciting career beginning with a position in guest services at Sanoviv and advancing to his current assignment as Operations Director, working closely with the founder, president, medical staff, guests and all departments in the facility. He cherishes the opportunity to share and serve Dr. Wentz's vision of a world free from the pain and suffering of degenerative disease and considers his involvement in fulfilling Sanoviv's mission as the "gift" of a lifetime. It is his firm belief that Sanoviv offers a life-changing opportunity for every guest who enrolls in any of its extensive, state-of-the-art programs.
Dr. Franco
Dr. César Alfredo Franco Michel, MD
General Director of Sanoviv Medical Institute
Dr. Franco received his medical degree from the "Escuela Superior de Medicina" and the "Instituto Politécnico Nacional." He also did his postgraduate work in the "Instituto Nacional de Pediatría" where he studied Pediatrics.
A medical doctor with over 30 years of experience, fulfilling his main goal of helping people be healthier, Dr. Franco was interested in expanding his horizons and learning more ways of treating disease.
Ever since he was introduced to Dr. Wentz, he has been a major supporter of the vision and dream of creating what is now Sanoviv.
"Working at Sanoviv was a great opportunity to keep learning how to improve the way I treat patients. This is an impeccable environment, with great staff to work with", recalls Dr. Franco.
